For most of us, the thought of being visible equates to danger. We feel vulnerable, exposed, and open to attack.

We know logically there are no physical predators, but our primitive brain still fires off the same chemical cocktail and puts us into acute fight or flight.

Our modern-day “predators” come in the form of rejection, criticism, and judgment. They fill us with terror because they trigger our primal fear of exile and abandonment, which, again to our lizard brain, means certain death!

So the first thing to note is, you’re not alone in your fear of visibility.

Okay! I get it!! That sentiment is nice to know but doesn’t actually help you with your crippling visibility fear!

I know it’s frustrating because you have a voice and you want to speak! You want to share your message. You want to go live. You want to help people. You want to be seen and be heard.

You want to be recognized as an authority. In fact, you’re confident in so many ways and you know you’re good at what you do, and so this fear of showing up feels like your nemesis – the one thing that is holding you back!

You see others showing up on camera, so confident and self-assured so you heap on the self-criticism to the mix by beating the crap out of yourself for not being able to do it.

And the weight of it gets heavier!!
And you feel smaller.

Sound familiar?

Well, that’s certainly how I felt!

I HAD to make the internal shifts because I really wanted to show up with confidence and credibility.

Once I did, that’s when my business really took off! I remember it so clearly – I had my breakthrough epiphany and started posting short videos of between 6- 10 minutes long, I started gaining traction with people privately messaging me and thanking me for sharing value. Within 8 weeks I signed my first 90-day client for £2k.

Then the following month I signed 2 clients at that rate and on it went. My business really took off and within a few months, I made my first 5-figure month.

When you’re not playing full out, not only are you being of disservice to yourself, but you are being of disservice to the people who NEED what you offer.

Nobody ever benefits from you playing small!

What you focus on becomes your reality. Change your mental dialogue from one that is fear-based and envision yourself rocking your live streams!

Visualize yourself having the most amount of fun, sharing your message with confidence, and delivering awesome value every day

You’re literally rewiring your brain to a new reality. Every day add some affirmations such as

• “I show up fearlessly every single day!!”
• “Creativity flows to me and through me and I always know what to say!”
• “I love showing up and sharing my message and the camera loves me!!”

3) Schedule your live stream and get accountability

When your commitments are scheduled and you’re being held to account by your coach, who won’t let you off the hook as easily as your best mate, they get done!

Take the emotion out of it. Just get it diarised, declared, and done!!!
